Privacy Policy

Zero to Booked is run by Cristi Lascarache ("Krostyks"), based in Romania. This site is a free course for video editors who want to build consistent income on Fiverr.

We only collect what is needed to run the course:

• Email and optional name when you request course access. We use this to send your magic access link and occasional course-related emails.
• Course progress (which lessons you mark complete) so the course can remember where you left off and unlock the next module.
• Anonymous usage analytics: a random session identifier stored in your browser, pages viewed, video play progress, device type (mobile or desktop), referring site, and UTM campaign tags. This helps us understand what is working and what is not.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party ad cookies, or tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

Your data is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase through our hosting provider, Lovable. The infrastructure is EU-capable and GDPR-aligned. Transactional emails (your access link) are sent through Resend from the domain zerotobooked.net.

Course videos are embedded from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. When you press play, YouTube and Google may process data under their own privacy policy.

We use browser localStorage to keep you signed in during the course, to store your anonymous analytics session ID, and to remember your light or dark theme preference. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email access@zerotobooked.net from the address you signed up with. We will delete your account, course progress, and any associated data.

We keep your data while your course account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your data from our active database. Backups may retain data for a short period, but we do not use deleted data for any active purpose.

If our practices change, we will update this page and note the new date at the top. Significant changes may also be announced by email to active students.
